1. Hygiene & Hair Inspection

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations surrounding human hair products, items may only be returned or exchanged if the lace has not been cut, hair has not been washed, styled, bleached, or altered in any way, and the original security seal and luxury packaging remain intact.
